The teachers and staff stipend, also known as the Christmas bonus, has become an annual affairs at the Bassa High School. Although it is not automatically given by the association, it has become a precedence winning approval every year around the Christmas holiday season. This is an appreciation gesture by the Bassa High School Association, USA to encourage the administrators, teachers, and staff to continue to do their very best.
