Wish List 

 

 

Like many institutions of learning in Liberia, The Bassa High School has fallen on hard times. As a result of approximately fifteen years of civil unrest in Liberia, many physical properties (including the school’s structure) were damaged or destroyed. The current explosion in student population coupled with the dwindling of government resources are major challenges for students and the school’s administrators alike.

The Bassa High School Association, USA has been in constant communications with the Principal of the School, Mr. Vee M. Sherriff, relative to devising and coordinating means through which the members of the association could help bring relief to their Alma Mater.

Below are the needs which BHSAUSA has under consideration:

 

Textbooks for Junior and Senior Divisions

A fence around the campus to prevent property theft

Science Instructors

Laboratory equipment

A standard library

Mimeographing Machine

Laser printers and toners

About three  hundred chairs for the auditorium

Sporting Goods and equipment for students: Soccer, volley ball, basketball & kick ball

Men and women jerseys
